This class will cover patient statement routines and Insurance Billing. We will go over proper workflow for paper and electronic insurance billing. Additionally, this class will show patient and insurance payment posting. You will learn how to work with batches and balance each day utilizing Transaction Management and Charge Management. Also covered, is the Centricity Report component detailing how to utilize the search and sort options of many reports. We will also review how to set up Collections as well as working with the Collections component and A/R Component.
